The Monica Ann Foundation was created to  bring hope, confidence, and kindness with Permanent makeup. In honor of owner Josh Mancillas sister Monica who passed away October 2021. We want to continue her legacy of genuine love for others. Monica was a kind, positive, encouraging, and loving person. This foundation offers 3D areola tattoo, pmu brows for cancer patients, along with scar cover up in the brow & lip area due to domestic violence or life threatening accidents.
